1. Information Collection and Use

InstaToolkit is designed as a client-first creator toolkit. The application runs offline simulation models inside your web browser. If you configure a custom Gemini API Key, it is queried directly to Google APIs and resides locally on your browser. We collect no personal identity logs.

2. Local Browser Storage (Cookies & LocalStorage)

We utilize standard HTML5 LocalStorage APIs to keep track of:

Your bookmark history logs (Saved Items).
Your recent search history queries and runs.
Local developer API keys configured for server endpoints.

You can clear all local storage cache elements at any time using your browser's settings dashboard or the "Clear History" options in the logs.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

If you trigger live AI services, prompts are sent to Google Generative AI (Gemini) nodes for formatting. We advise against typing highly private credential strings or security files inside public text areas.
