2. Intellectual Property
The software, layouts, interactive styling elements, and core branding are the property of InstaToolkit. Generated text suggestions (such as hashtags, reel hooks, and caption blocks) belong entirely to the user once created.
3. Prohibited Use Cases
You agree not to abuse the server APIs, upload harmful scripts, or utilize the generation tools to publish offensive, hateful, or illegal content.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall InstaToolkit be liable for direct or indirect losses (including business interruptions, profile bans, or drop in engagement ratios) resulting from the use of custom Unicode fonts or AI captions.
